Unique Mechanics sells 100% authentic watches at discount prices. We have been doing so for over 35 years! We sell the same exact watch you would buy from your local authorized dealer, serial numbers intact, same box and papers, guaranteed genuine. We purchase our inventory directly from authorized dealers and distributors locally and internationally. Because of our exceptional relationships with dealers worldwide, over time we obtained the ability of purchasing our inventory at low prices and offer them to you at remarkable discounts, up to 50% OFF on some timepieces.

NOTE:
Selling a counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of federal law. We do not sell refurbished watches or manufacturers rejects. We will never sell a timepiece knowing that it may be defective.

WATCH SIZING:
If you have purchased a watch with a metal bracelet, there is a good chance you will have to have one or more links removed to fit your wrist properly. This can only be done with the wearer present.
We suggest you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee (around $5-$10) for the service. Do not try to size your own watch! You may damage or scratch the watch and bracelet. UniqueMechanics.com will not accept a scratched or damaged watch return.
Please note: after the links are removed, keep the extra ones! Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is a lot easier (and cheaper) to have it repaired with your own links than it is to order and ship new ones.
Once a watch has been sized, it may not be exchanged or returned for refund.

PAYMENT SECURITY:
We go to great lengths to ensure that your purchase at UniqueMechanics.com is protected by state-of-the-art data encryption technology (SSL) to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. In addition, we use an Internet fraud protection screening system to protect your identity and your credit card transactions. Finally, we maintain an international fraud-prevention department to verify each credit card order and screen it for fraud.
Please be aware that you may be contacted by one of our verification representatives after your order is placed. To avoid needless delay to your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you have provided so that we are able to contact you if necessary.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:
UniqueMechanics.com ships to most international destinations via insured international priority FedEx or UPS. If we are unable to ship to your destination with full insurance, we will contact you immediately prior to shipment.
Many countries charge a Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) on goods consumed or received in that country, you will be subjected to it.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
We will gladly assist in providing special orders of items that we may not currently have in stock. If you are looking for a specific item, let us know and we will search through our distributors to find you the best price possible. Due to the specialized nature, special order items are not subject to the standard return policy. We do not accept returns on special orders.

WARRANTY:
Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for two years from the date of purchase and excludes watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.
Please make sure to inspect your watch to see that it is in perfect working order before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized we can only repair the watch if needed and send it back to you. However, we cannot accept it as a return for a refund.
This warranty is valid only at UniqueMechanics.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than UniqueMechanics.com will void this warranty. UniqueMechanics.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

PURCHASES BY MANUFACTURERS:
The Standard Return Policy does not apply to any purchases made by any watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned for any reason under any circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING:
We ship internationally all the time so please contact us and let us know where you’re located so we can determine shipping charges for you.  For international packages we are not liable for the packages shipped since we have no control after it leaves the United States.  We have no control of the package or its value when it’s shipped outside the Continental United States.  We are not the insurance company nor the carrier so we claim zero liability.

PRIVACY POLICY:
UniqueMechanics.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
We request information on our order form including contact, billing, shipping and verification information. This information is used for order, billing and verification purposes only! If we have difficulty processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. UniqueMechanics.com takes every precaution to protect our users’ information against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
All information is fully protected by SSL encryption technology. Credit card information is retained only as long as necessary to process your transaction after which time your credit card number and verification information are removed from our server.

RETURNS:
We usually do not accept returns since almost all orders are special orders.

ON INVICTA WATCHES ONLY, if your item arrives damaged or in any way broken, buyer must contact us at 267-297-0044 to notify us about the damages, we will ship the same item out to you soon as we receive the broken product. We will provide you with a free shipping label to return the damaged goods. INVICTA returns are exchanges for the same product. If the product is sold out we will refund you the full amount right away... If a return is accepted the customer will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee (not on damaged exchanges).

SALES TAXES:
Unique Mechanics is located in Philadelphia, PA.  We are required by law to collect sales tax on all deliveries within Pennsylvania. The sales tax rate will be calculated by your local sales tax rate. Unique Mechanics does not collect sales tax on orders shipping anywhere outside of Pennsylvania.
